One Heart Fire 11

Day Eleven

One Heart Haiku

Southern Africa

Shamans ignite the One Heart Fire

My flame burns here.

One with the Sun and

feel all enlightened as One.

Now we’ll stay real close.

I want to express Infinite Gratitude to the San Bushmen of southern Africa for their One Heart Fire ceremony they hold today in Capetown.  It is so comforting to know that there are people today who value and unhold ancient wisdom.  It is so comforting to know there are custodians of our Soul Medicine who have the courage to commit to upholding ancient tradition.  Even though I am one ordinary woman living in southern California, I feel touched by the shamans’ One Heart Fire.  I feel passionate yearning to merge into the energy and intention of the One Heart Fire.  From this moment on, I promise to do my best to honor and encourage the growth of Enlightened Unity Consciousness in whatever humble ways that may serve my environments.  I celebrate humanity’s entrance into the Ninth Wave of Creation.  Sat Nam!

One Heart Fire 5

Day Five

True human communion and the urgent need to nurture unity consciousness in our times call for radical transformation.  For this transformation to be soulful and aligned with Mother Nature, who needs political demonstrations?  Who needs debates and a whole lot of sensationalist drama?

For radical transformation that honors the Ninth Wave of Creation, humble prayers and shamanic ceremonial fire will do.

I visited the Four Winds website to learn

How to Create a Shamanic Fire Ceremony

These days leading up to the Ignite the One Heart ceremony, I intend to place all the Old Story on a spirit arrow and quietly request that the old story be transformed within the One Heart Fire.

Please join me in practicing Maha Gyan Agni Pranayam to honor the San Shamans of southern Africa as they hold an ancient ritual to Ignite the One Heart Fire on May 24, 2017.

Humble prayer:

May we continue to wrap our awareness around quiet prayers the way sunlight wraps its warmth around the trees.  May we dissolve every story into gentle communion with the One Heart.  Sat Nam!

One Heart Fire 4

Day Four

We enjoy the many ways to communicate in this world—cell phone, facebook, e-mail, blogs, TED Talks, television, youTube.

Are we able to list the different ways in which we experience and engage in communion?

Through an experience of communion, I came to connect with the San Bushmen in southern Aftrica.

How did I come to dedicate my personal meditation practice for these few days to the San Bushmen in Bostwana?  My passport claims I am an American.  According to mainstream statistics, I am someone who is not supposed to be able to point out Bostwana on a map.  So, why have I recently come to focus so much energy on the San Shamans and the igniting of the One Heart Fire?

Through silent communion.

Part of me wishes that I could confess a mystical secret that the Bushmen appeared to me in a vision while I was deep in meditation.  Alas, that is not what happened at all.

I came across this article online that discussed the importance of May 24, 2017.  I read the article with mild curiosity.  But then that curiosity expanded into a flourishing feeling of connection, an ecstatic and strong sensory impulse that I was supposed to make myself a participant in this event.  My whole body yearned to be involved somehow.  This strong sensory impulse that felt really good all over my body was communion.  Some force that is benevolent and divine overtook me and linked me to the San Shamans in southern Africa without much of my doing anything.

It is well-known yogic wisdom that wherever we place our attention, our energy goes there.  There are countless events occurring every moment, countless choices of things and people and events and objects for me to place my attention.

For now, I am consciously choosing to place my meditative mindful attention on this Ignite the One Heart Fire sacred event being held by the San Bushmen in southern Africa that will take place on May 24, 2017.  Why?  Because I have refined my intuition to the degree that my intuition guides me to focus on this event in this way.  This is how Kundalini energy works.  It is not woo woo or voodoo or making me shoot lighting bolts out my third eye or levitate (though my skeptical husband still waits to see evidence such as this as proof this practice “works”).  There is no sensational mystery here.  I am simply growing a refined human sensory system.  Through daily practice, I am able to refine my sensory system, and through a stroke of Grace, I was just given this gift of an experience of profound communion with strangers who live and move very far away from me.

Wahe Guru!

Humble Prayer:

May we realize that Unity Consciousness exists whether or not human beings or the planet Earth exists.  May this realization make us humble and ready to bow and open up to receive the blessings of Unity Consciousness.  May we realize our potential as expressions of Unity Consciousness.  May the Beloved Creator keep us safe and warm us by the light of this One Heart.  Love to All!  Sat Nam!

Please join me in practicing the Maha Gyan Agni Pranayam and ignite your wisdom on into the One Heart.

One Heart Fire 2

Day Two

I appreciate this blog post from the Huff Post that discusses Unity Consciousness.  What I want to celebrate and embrace most is the idea of moving from communication to communion.

It is so satisfying to be able to enjoy communion with one another.  Try it.  Communicate directly heart-to-heart, without using words.  Make eye contact.  Acknowledge all that we share.  Focus on our connections:  We all suffer.  We all fear losing what we love.  We all die.  We all experience loss.  We all need to forgive ourselves.  We all long to be loved.  We all contain infinite potential to create.  When we focus attention on these commonalties, we heal through building more connection.  It sounds simple.  It is.  Just commit to practicing it.

Please join me in eleven days of practicing Maha Gyan Agni Pranayam.  And on May 24, light a candle and say a humble prayer for humanity to evolve through enlightened Unity Consciousness.  Honor the Shamanic San Bushmen of southern Africa as they Ignite the One Heart Fire.  May we resonate with the 9th Wave of Creation.

Sat Nam!

One Heart Fire

I dedicate my practice of eleven days of this kriya, called Maha Gyan Agni Pranayam to the Ignite the One Heart Fire ceremony that will take place on May 24 in South Africa.

The San Bushmen are a group of Shamans who acknowledge certain shifts in the Mayan Calandar.  According to those who observe Mayan calandar wisdom, May 24 will be a good day to embrace enlightened unity consciousness and continue to practice enlightened unity consciousness unto infinity.  The time has come for self-illumined souls to resonate with the 9th Wave of Creation in order to launch more efforts to see to it that humanity evolves for the better.

If you feel so inspired, please join me in this practice.  Light a candle on May 24.  Repeat a humble prayer.  Acknowledge our oneness.

Let’s do and say all we can to remind one another that we are One.  Sat Nam!

Beloved Creator,

Please guide us, enlighten us, purify us through ancient fire.  Help us all to give more energy, focus, and attention to our oneness.  Understand our errors as humble cries from many hearts longing to feel the truth of One Heart.  Fill all beings on this planet with wisdom that allows us to deeply engage, explore, express, and expand our Oneness.

Sat Nam!

40 Days of Radiant Words

Day Forty

Wahe Guru!

Ah!  Just dwelling in the pure joy of reaching Day Forty fills me with enough naked wonder. The ecstasy of the universe dances within every cell of my body!

I have brokien an old habit.  I can continue to practice to 90 days to create a new habit.  And if I continue to 120 days, the yogis say, that makes the new habit a part of me on the level of the soul.  The soul will never forget the new habit.  Continuing onto 1,000 days is the path to Mastery of that habit, provided I do not miss even one day.

But before I make any plans to move onto tomorrow, I will stay intimate with Day Forty and be happy.

I can safely say that I am a more conscious communicator today than I was when I started this practice.  I can contemplate every word I speak, think, write, and repeat with care and reverence, giving Each Word the honor that it deserves.  I can enter this contemplation and share my expression with royal courage that is supported by my refined Radiant Body.  What a blessing!

May I dwell in consciousness, not to be overcome by the intellect.  May I co-exists with all other beings with great intuitive ease and with a genuine intention to uplift myself and others.  May I recognize the beaming soul that exists within each word and within all beings everywhere!  Sat Nam!

Please join me in practicing this meditation for 11 minutes a day for as many days as serves your soul:  Meditation to Develop the Radiant Body.

Question for reflection:

What words would I think, write, speak, and repeat if I knew that whatever words I think, write, speak, and repeat must happen?

40 Days of Radiant Words

Day Thirty Nine

My husband is a busy lawyer.  He works harder than anyone I know.  He and I like to keep strange hours.

For instance, last night, in the middle of the night, we watched the The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, an episdoe from several days ago.  We watched on this little laptap, as we choose not own a TV.

Trevor Noah had invited a guest onto the show, Ezra Edelman, the man who created OJ: Made in America, an 8-hour long documentary about the OJ Simpson trial of 1994.  The critical point Edelman made was that when the African American community was cheering for the OJ verdict, many Americans expressed their judgements and felt affronted.  Many were quick to view the situation as a problem with the American love of celebrity, sex, murder, and courtroom drama that made for a spectacle that allowed OJ to get away with murder.

But, what Edelaman pointed out was that the OJ Simpson trial illuminated a deeper, more troubling psychosis: the relationship between the African American community and the Los Angeles Police Department had a history defined by police brutality.  From Edelman’s perspective, the African American community finally witnessed a dynamic that they had never experienced: a black man got into trouble with the law, and he was able to walk free.  Edelman made the point that there was so much revelry and celebration around the verdict not becasue people were cheering for a celebrity, but they were cheering for an outcome in a criminal justice system that had historically treated the entire African Amerianc community unfairly.

Edelman repeated these words: “You don’t get these moments very often.  When you get a moment, seize the moment.”

I love moments.  I’m a yogi.  All we have are moments.  Seize them. And cease them.  Ceaselessly.

I feel an urge to reflect.  What does a yogi’s vision of a collective community ceasing the moment look like?  I would jump for joy to see a whole community, including everyone of every color, shape, size, walk of life, babies, pets, insects, and trees included when we all agree to practice One-Minute Breath for three minutes on the Spring Equinox 2017.  Inhale for twenty seconds.  Suspend the breath for twenty seconds.  Exhale for twenty seconds. Slow everything way down to take a collective breather.  Now, wouldn’t that be something to cheer about?  It’s worth hoping for; it’s worth dreaming the impossible dream.  It’s worth envisioning every being all together stopping and dropping what they’re doing for three minutes to breathe consciously.  Three minutes is all it would take.  Imagine!

40 Days of Radiant Words

Day Thirty Six

Todays radiant words are Sat Nam!

Sat Nam is a greeting.  Sat Nam is a meditation.  Sat Nam is a blessing.  Sat Nam is a mantra, a sound the launches the waves of the mind onto a frequency of truth.  Be truth.  Sat Nam is a sanctuary.  In a world that is full of falsehood and illusion, it is comforting to know that the truth is accessible within.  Simply inhale and mentally vibrate the sound Sat and exhale mentally vibrating the sound Nam.  It’s that simple.

Sat Nam!

True name.

True identity.

May we dwell in the creative consciousness that is truth.  May we dwell in the quiet, still center that is the very truth of our own being.

40 Days of Radiant Words

Day Thirty Five

Today’s radiant words come from the Sikh tradition’s Puta Mata Ki Asis, or The Mother’s Prayer.  This is a poem that a woman chants, repeats, and reflects upon in dedication to her children.

So drink in forever the Ambrosial Nectar.  May you live long, may the meditative remembrance of the Lord give you infinite delight.  May joy and pleasure be yours.  May your hopes be fulfilled, and may you never be troubled by worries.  Let this mind of yours be the bumble bee, and let the Lord’s feet be the lotus flower.  Says servant Nanak, attach your mind to them, and blossom forth like the songbird, upon finding the raindrop.

Today is my daughter’s birthday, so I repeat the Puta Mata Ki Asis 108 times as an expression of my devotion.

I really do hope that she is not troubled by worries.  My mind has endured the experience of being troubled by worries.  But I am growing to realize what a waste of time that is.  Delighting in the meditative remembrance of the divine is much sweeter.

May all beings grow to abandon worries in favor of immersing an all-meditative mind with the remembrance of divine love, divine light, and divine peace.  Sat Nam!
